My vodafone number is [protected], I received msg from Vodafone to make the payment to the previous subscriber i.e. Airtel & submit the proofs to us. As per the instructions, made the excess payment to Airtel & forwarded proof to mnppayment @vodafone.com on 24th April, 2016.
Still I am receiving msgs from Vodafone to clear the payment hence, on 7th May again I forwarded payment to Vodafone on the same email ID.
Regarding this I was informed the customer care executive & then assured that if you would have forwarded the mail then please don't worry. The accounts department has some issues due to which the system is forwarding the msg again and again.
Now, suddenly Vodafone has suspended my servises due to which I am not able to make or receive calls. I am not able to receive my important calls. Was this information helpful? |
