Vodafone India — taking charges but not giving service

My name is vicky sharma, using vodafone postpaid number [protected]. I had complained about network issue in january, february and in march too. Whenever i asked about my complaint status they said i hadn’t logged any complaint. I checked about this in application, it is also showing my logged complaint has been closed. It means they have been solved but still i am having a lot of problem in my network i am unable to make calls and to use internet. But still i am paying my bills for each month. Who ever try to call me my number goes unreachable. I am paying for those services which is not being given to me. My unused data is 100gb. If i am paying to vodafone they should give me service, if they are unable to do so, they should return for what i had paid.
I request to vodafone to return my money how much i should get.
