[Resolved] Vodafone India — telecom postpaid bill issue | |||
I make mnp for two no. ([protected] & [protected]) of mine to vodafone for plan of 399. For 1st no. ([protected]) plan was correctly mapped to 399 & also bill came for correct amount. However, for 2nd no. ([protected]) bill came for 2500rs., for which i have selected 399 plan. I talked to vodafone executive (Shuja from spendle lucknow, coming to hcl office, [protected]) he said that he will waive out the amount & asked me to pay 399+gst=470rs. Which i already paid. After this also all services have been suspended & the promised waive out amount is still not cancelled & showing debited to my account (Still getting bill & which is accumulated to 3500rs now). Moreover, the 1st no. ([protected]) all services also has been stopped for last 20 days, except incoming calls. This is going on for last 4+ months.
