I have not subscribed for the games portal and still every month an amount of rs 35 is being deducted from my account balance. Why is this done?? Are the people working unaware of the whether the package is subscribed or not? Or is it simply looting the money? Earlier too the service of the toll free call is so very poor. I will be cancelling the connection very soon, coz the services are very unsatisfactory. Till i cancel my connection, i would request the issue of money being taken from my account balance for the games portal to be stopped. Hope the department takes some action on this request
