One day i woke up to a message saying" you are currently active on the english seekho weekly pack" and rs 21 have been deducted from your account. I was very busy so i ignored it until recently another this happened again. I called your customer care service and they said (After being on hold for 5 minutes) that they cannot refund me the amount because there is no way that this gets automatically activated. But after coming to this page, it turns out that there are many people who have the same complaint i. E. This service is getting activated automatically.
Now, i am done with your # services. This has happened many times before and now i cant take this anymore. I have already sent a port request. If you still refuse to focus on your customers, you will go from almost bankrupt to a totally bankrupt company.
P. S. - nobody wants to learn english from someone who provides us calling and data services so stop fabricating such services to mint money from your users. You should be thankful that we have not left you. Was this information helpful? |
