Vodafone India — They are not coverting my postpaid to prepaid

Hi, My number is [protected].From last two months I am visiting Vodafone store of Malad west for conversion of my postpaid to prepaid.But unfortunately vodafone executives are not at all helping.Its been two months I am hearing that system is under upgrading and hence they cannot take my request.I am fed of visiting vodafone store.And the height is that the executives are suggesting to switch to other service provider.It seems that Vodafone stops valuing the customers and doesn't want to retain the old customer.It's a very bad experience with vodafone. Even I mailed the twice but haven't received any response from them.Vodafone doesn't even bother to reply to their customer.Its ridiculous. Gaurav
