Sir/ madam,
My mobile no-[protected] is out of service.
Last payment was done of Rs 5830.00 on 31/10/14 after the wave-off given by Vodafone.
But in the current bill it is not waved-off.
Only around Rs 700.00 should be the billing amount after that payment.
2-3 times I have visited your Vodafone store at Karol Bagh Metro station, New Delhi, but I have not found any satisfactory response, as the services are totally closed. I have also talked to the Vodafone Customer Care service.
So, please correct my bill accordingly and activate my services.
