A customer visited our site a few month ago and opted to receive information from kalpataru about any events, offers and upcoming projects.
His mobile number is registered as dnd and he received a follow up call from [protected] and has registered a complaint with the service provider.
However, as he has duly signed a form stating that he wanted us to update him about any offers, he was contacted.
I have attached customer information form (Cif) on which he has signed.
We've sent an email to the prospect and marked his number as dnd in our systems.
Kindly look into my issue and revert me asap with a solution.
