[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Trying to disconnect connection. No help at all from customer care

I have been trying to disconnect my 3g dongle connection but the customer care keeps on transferring call from one department to another. This is disgusting ... Along with this the customer care is saying I need to pay the bill for something which I haven't used.
