I don't know what is the problem with vodafone network, do they always go through technical problems or is it a new way of looting their customers.
Till last week i had issues regarding the recharge of data pack that i was in need of, i was recharging for 1gb data which i was eligible for but the data pack was not getting updated instead i was getting 38rs talktime which i was in no need of. Before that vas service was getting activated of its own, i think after repeated complaints that issue got resolved now but a new problem has emerged.
Today morning i recharged for 27rs bonus pack i. E. 56days std calling @25 paise, but vodafone has deducted money twice for the same recharge.
Can you please refund the additional money that has been deducted? & please take care of these type of technical issues so that for every recharge your customers shouldn't face these issues. Was this information helpful? |
