Vodafone India — Unable to connect to Customer care executive for more than a month to deactivate a service.

I am not able to connect to the customer care executive.One of the most worst Customer service i have come across.For more than a month i was trying to speak to the customer care executive to deactivate a service but everything was in vain. I am from karnataka circle.Everytime the IVR will ask to press 9 to connect to an executive, but if i press it will not get connected.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
