[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unable to get Correct Bill | |||
Hi All, I would like to make a serious complaint about the service getting from Vodafone. The call center is not customer caring though they say that they care in their advertisements. 1). From last 3 months addition charges add in my Vodafone bill, after confirming the details from CCE extra uses in Internet downloading which never done from my end. 2). I called in your Vodafone care more than 10 times in last 3 months to send my bill hard copy in my address but still not receive. Every time giving me same excuse no request generated in last time, so that I am raising your request now you will get receive bill in 7 Days. 3). This is regarding the complain about the supervisor to whom i spoke with from Last 3 months. The supervisor lacked soft skills handling escalations. a) He did not Listen to me patiently. b) Holding the call for more 10 mints without any reason. Also hung up the call during Hold. c) Did over talk on me and came to conclusions even before i could complete the sentence. d) Had usually attitude and did not behave professionally. We as customer like to be given at least little priority and need to resolve the issue at first point of contact instead to close the complaints without even resolving it.
