Vodafone India — unable to make outbound calls for more than 30 hrs | |||
I’ve not been able to make any outbound calls since 14/11/18. Internet is working. When I called Vodafone customer care at 10.30PM in 14/11/18, the agent said that there was a network issue and it was been addressed. On 15/11/18 morning, I had the same issue. When I called the customer care I was informed that the issue will be resolved by 11AM that day. So far the issue is not fixed. Now the customer care IVR goes in loops and don’t alllow you to get to a person also. I’m actually on a business visit and without outbound calling going mad as I don’t know the language also.
