Unable to receive messages on my number. Right now, i contact one of your cce mr. Ravi kumar to resolve this issue. I told him that i already did all the procedures but nothing happens. But he keeps insisting me to do manual setting which i already did and never try to help me out. He keeps telling me that you've selected airtel provider that is why you're unable to send and receive any messages. Then i asked him to transfer this call to a senior supervisor which he denied to do that. Previously, i contact one of your agent regarding the network issue but the issue still regarding the network issue even they took the complaint but didn't resolve it and send me a message after a week that we tried to call you but you didn't receive. Well, i didn't receive a single call from your side. I made a mistake by joining vodafone.
P. S. Either resolve my network and sms issue or do mnp and please make sure to tell that cce to show an attitude and behave properly next time. I hope i never join your provider in the first place. Was this information helpful? |
