Vodafone India — unable to recharge online | |
Since yesterday i have not been able to recharge my vodafone sim at the vendor's payment site online. After entering all my bank details and otp i get the message "authentication failure. Try another payment option." This has happened earlier also and after calling up vodafone customer care, the issue had got resolved. I am able to recharge mobile numbers of other companies except vodafone. Why is this a recurring phenomenon with vodafone? Kindly resolve this at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
