Vodafone India — unable to send and receive messages | |||
I want to send a message to 4 digit numbers but i was unable to send and also my internet is working like 2g even after having 100 gb per month scheme so i went to vodafone gallary they suggested to change the sim. After my simcard change now i am unable to send or receive message. And my internet speed has also not improved. Contact no. I am a retailer of vodafone.I am not receiving any service from your DSE nor from your distributor since 1 month and when ever i asked your salesman to put a Topup he said sorry i don't have any Topup.Please take a speedy action as my customers are returning back.My distributor is Sterling Agency (Mumbai) and Dse Name is HEERA.
