Vodafone India — unable to send messages

I was able to send messages to all contacts prior to last week. But from last 6 days i was not able to send any messages to any contact. I've unlimited package and i've additional balance too.

I've called customer care executives 3 times. Every time am receiving different solutions but none of them are working.

I need this to be resolved asap.

I use a Redmi Note 4 with Vodafone carrier.

When I try to send an SMS I get message failed to send and when I see the details it tells me Error Code 50.

I am from Mumbai. Please look into the matter.
