Vodafone India — unable to send port message | |||
Unable to send the port message from my vodafone mobile to 1900. I tried to send the message 10 times, but every time i am getting message sending failed. The reason to port is that vodafone service is poor and at the same time it's expensive as compared to service provided by other service provider. As per trai guideline you can't block any consumer from sending port message from their mobile. Secondly i don't have any due towards vodafone. I request you to please resolve this issue, else i will escalate this issue with trai. You can't allow your customer to suffer like this. Was this information helpful? | |||
