Vodafone India — unable to send port message on 1900

I am using vodafone service from last 5 years. Recently i am moved to madhya pradesh. My number is [protected]

I want to port my vodafone mumbai sim to vodafone madhya pradesh. But i am not able to send message to 1900. I tried with multiple times and with other mobile handset as well.

My local retailer asking porting code to convert my circle from vodafone mumbai to vodafone m. P.

Please help me to provide porting code.
