Right now many of them are struggling with vodafone network.i am trying to come out of the network frustration by porting out such a pathetic experince. 1st time i called customer care they told its downtime which was not 2nd time 2nd agent cleared there was no downtime and told 1st agent lied.3rd time i was told to check handset settings and followed by 4th time.As i am a techie i know the protocols to follow like airplane mode/switch off phone/changing handest. After 4 calls and series of days they launched my compalint without informing me they closed it. After this again a complaint was launched which i am not aware what the status would be.
