[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unable use 3G data and contacted customer care several times no response | |||
Dear sir, madam, My self varun.a and mob number is [protected] I took a corporate sim of vodafone with monthly plan of 499+ taxes which included 1.5GB of 3G and 2.5GB of 2G, But i when ever i on my 3G data the whole of network used go off, so even tough i paid for 3G network i was able use only 2G data in my phone. And regarding which i have called to customer care several times and my problem was never resolved.They used ask me call from alternative number and when i did that they kept my call on hold or disconnect the call when i tell my issue.Also i sent them a mail asking for them change the plan but no one reverted as if now.I am very disspointed and embarrassed with the service they are providing. So i kindly request you to resolve this issue and provide suitable amount of compensation for the same from the company for my precious time and irritation, Hoping for positive response.
