Vodafone India — Unauthorised addings in Mobile postpaid bill

1) "d2c_shotformats_ti", 2) "d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9" Above both are added in my Mobile bill, which i have not opted . Please do needful, otherwise i have to rethink about the service provider.
