[Resolved]  Vodafone India — unauthorised amount debited

For the month of January and February they have deducted ₹220 and ₹90 for value added services. So Requesting you to please process back my amount. Which has been told to your customers care . Those people says we cannot reverse the money as it's has passed away 2 month's. So please refund my money back to my accounts
The poor network and signal strength of it cannot be given good service please return my money back to me
