On my number [protected] a service got activated on 17th january. I called your customer care and they said the balance will be refunded but all in vain then i called again n the same answer i got but no balance refunded. N i called them again today and now they said it can't be refunded. Why to guve false information and moreover if i haven't activated any service then why can't you just refund it the moment i registered the complaint. This is not a way to treat your customers. All i want is my money back anyhow.
