[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unauthorized billing to my phone

I had been billed Rs. 99 with the detail as deals_mydala_99 in this months bill. I had never visited this site. I spoke with the customer support and they are saying it is because i went to this site and gave my no. Anybody can go and give my no. They are not helping with the refund and neither helping to provide blocking for future such transactions.. Sir, please help.

Updated by nishantmm I had called customer care again and this time they agreed to revert the payment since it was the first time.
