My Mobile no is [protected], at Kolkata. On 24/06/2015 I received a message from Vodaphone at 15.59 pm that ZEEDITTO service is activated as requested and Rs. 35/- was deducted from my balance. I would like to make it clear that no such request was ever made by me nor I require such services. I challenge to produce any evidence confirming my request in this regard. Accordingly after lot of try I could reach to customer care ( 155223) at about 16.44 pm for immediate deactivation and refund of Rs. 35/. I received a confirmatory message about deactivation about same time but no refund o[censored]nauthorized deduction of Rs. 35/ was made till now though I was assured about processing within next four hours. This is totally unauthorized action on the part of Vodaphone and amounts to usurp my fund illegally. Please note if deducted amount of Rs. 35/ is not refunded and restore to my balance, I shall initiate appropriate action making directors respondent in this matter after 24 hours of this notice. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Inspite of lodging the complaint, the matter is yet to receive attention of Vodafone and resolve the issue concerned. It appears that matter needs to be brought out to the notice of vodafone Directors. Usual poor service record and deceiving to customers.
