Vodafone India — unauthorized deductions from my balance [protected]

Vodafone again deducted 28 rs from my vodafone balance on 16th whose message I received on 29th Sept and rs 24 also on 3rd without my knowledge of any service activation.i saw the msg today on my mobile.earlier also I had same experience from their side.i have not activated any such service from my side and now their customer care executives not ready to listen me.do we recharge our balance for these chutiya.plz help.

Vodafone India Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per our recent communication, we've informed you that the mentioned number has been charged accordingly as per the standard charges. Hence, we express our inability to refund the charged amount. For further assistance, kindly contact us on 199 or 198.
