Updated by pavanpn1009 I spoke to one of the executive and again was promised for refund of 17 rupees against the data pack, but not for the subscriptions which was not authorized from me. As she said they had to refund 17rps but I got 10rps, in which 7rps again was deducted for no reason. I have no idea what is going on with Vodafone, having a very bad experience with this cheap service.
