I got an sms on 10.03.15 that my current bill is Rs.9954/-. I spoke to customer care and she said 500 MB that is free is applicable only in India. You have used
13925 KB on 19th Feb
224 KB on 16 feb
and the charges are 5.50 p per 10 KB so your charges are 7788/- for internet usage.
While in Srilanka, I had kept my phone switched off for most of the time. I hardly used internet. How can so much KB be consumed!
Secondly, you can see from my history that I have been using this no. and another number[protected] for more than 7-8 years. Being such an old customer, who has paid all the bills on time, is this the kind of treatment I deserve from you?
'Request you to look into the matter so that I don't have to pay this amount, else I will be left with only one option i.e. to shift both my numbers to another service provider.
