Vodafone India — Unbilled amount | |||
I am a Vodafone post paid customer, who changed my prepaid number [protected] to postpaid 2 days back. I tried to convert my number to postpaid on last month and for 2 weeks, through a vodafone customer care agent in my office and i opted for a corporate plan of 375 rs, which i remember has 1GB 3G internet plan. For 2 weeks there was no response from your side, i called the customer care and they arranged some person for me and he came to my office on the same day. He collected all my details and i said him i need the same corporate plan My number got activated in 2 days, thanks for that but the plan to which my number was changed was 149 rs plan and i am sure i didnt opt for it. On 8th of this month i got a call from customer care for confirming my plan, to which i said 375 Rs corporate plan and having "1GB 3G internet". The customer care executive who called me agreed. Yesterday when my unbilled amount cross 590 Rs, and then only i came to know that the internet plan is not activated in my number. How can this be possible. I need an urgent solution for this. Currently my unbilled amount cross the limit and i cant call customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||
