[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unbilled amount - Zero Justification | |||
Dear Vodafone Team, I have recieved information saying that my total outstanding amount is Rs.2000 which is the unbilled amount. First of all, what is unbilled amount and why is it not.shown in the bill that it sent to us if it justifiable.Also, how do u expect a customer to check their unbilled amount with you on a regular basis. I have always paid my dues on time and have zero outstanding so I hope I am not being charged any interest on the same. Awaiting an explanation.
