Dear sirs,
my voadafone bill no. 28988031, with a due date of 5th nov. 2015, for an amount of rs.1201.94, has not yet been cleared by vodafone. We have submitted a cheque for the same amount on 2nd nov. 2015, vide cheque number 083238.
Today, on 19th nov. 2015, we get recorded messages from vodafone to pay or face disconnection. This is grossly unfair. We have called up helpline toll free number [protected], and we have been asked to go the vodafone store where the bill and cheque was deposired.,
as a consumer why must i run around for the inefficiency of vodafone. I demand that action be taken and in case i face disconnection i must be compensated also. Was this information helpful? |
