Vodafone India — unethical behavior of customer care executives

My vodafone number is - [protected]. I was on the rs 409 plan o[censored]nlimited calls and data pack of 1 gb/day which expires on 10th january, 2018! Today at 11:58 there was a deduction of main balance due to the internet usage! I also received the message saying no data pack is active on your number! Due to this message, i had to call the customer service, where i talked with customer care executive who didn't even mention his name, i asked him that why was the balance deducted to which he responded saying due to over usage, so i asked that why didn't i receive any message saying your data pack has expired, to which he replied that you have dnd services activated, so i told that without my information of data pack pack being expired, how can the balance be deducted, so he replied saying "once it is deducted, we cannot do anything", so i told him to handover the phone to someone with higher authority where i had a talk with "mr. Bipin", when i inquired about my issue, he replied saying "the system is down we cannot do anything and i should call them again after 2 hours", while just 2 minutes ago one of the executives gave me the information from the system, also his tone was something which wasn't acceptable at all! I have attached below the screenshots of both - 1) when the recharge was done, 2) the message saying there is no data pack active!
For this complaint, i would request vodafone to refund my balance, and also teach their executives as to how to handle the customers and how to talk! And for more information i also have the call recording if required!
