Hi vodaafone, I am your customer from last 9 years. I am very satisfied from your service. But from last 2 times, i am very unsatisfied. I am residing in germany. I went to your store, in december 2019 one of your executive devika agrawal, vaishali nagar store, ajmer, rajasthan. She didn't respond or behave properly with me. Today morning, my sister went and she (Devika) again did the same. My query is regarding my amount deduction, every month automatically caller tune activated. I asked why. She said i don't know.
