[Resolved] Vodafone India — unethical billing practice | |||
My plan is 299 monthly rental with 700MB 3G data and after that it will be 2G unlimited. I have been charged in my Aug and Sep-2014 bill for 2 applications which is Wapvilla and d2c NDTV ( Rs 49 and 99 respectively) Cust care told me that I have downloaded a paid application hence the charges. I have complete record of all the applications in my phone and I am sure that there is no such application in my phone. Charges billed were not correct.
