Vodafone India — unethical customer support and service | |
Hi myself Himasatyasuresh Saladi, holding an postpaid account with Vodafone. mobile number is [protected]. I contacted customer care on november 2018 to stop the services and to deactivate the vodafone number because i moved to other country as their roaming plans are higher I contacted them to deactivate number. they said to clear the outstanding amount i cleared but they didn't deactivated the number. Again on Jan 2019 i got bill and paid the outstanding and contacted customer support to stop the number they told to mail at customer support i mailed them and i got reply that the problem will be resolved in 1 working day. But again now in april i got the bill and they are asking me to pay the bill for the months of feb march. As i am in other country how can i deactivate the number. I searched on march by keeping the sim into mobile to check wheteher it is deactivated r not. But still its working. The agents who are calling from vodafone to collect the bill they are claiming that they are legal advisors and telling my parents that i have an court hearing and have to attend the court. i complained the same to vodafone customer care and they said that no will call stating that legal advisors directly. first they will mail you if you are having long outstanding then they will contact you regard further procedures. but i dont know, the agents calls claiming that they are legal advisors.
