I am harpreet singh ( ph no.[protected]) a resident of new delhi, i have been using vodafone's telecommunication services since 8 yrs. Recently while i was surfing internet on my iPhone using 3g network, 3 tabs poped up -myntra, jabong and mydala. On the 3 rd tab before even opening it, a message was written that Rs 49 will be deducted from your account. As written vodafone deducted rs 49 from my account, that was not it soon after a debit of Rs99 was also effected for voda alert and that happened when I was talking to one of the customer care executive. This was on 21st sept 2014 and it didn't end here, the same thing happened on 23rd as well. Despite my numerous attempts no resolution was provided and a total of Rs 294 has been deducted. No customer care executive was competent enough to help me out, rather most of them were rude enough to either put my line on hold or disconnect it. There has been an emense wastage of my time and a wholesome harassment.
It is therefore pleaded that the loss shall be restored. Was this information helpful? |
