[Resolved] Vodafone India — !! Uneven Charges !! When been asked to resolve "Number Barded" | |||
This is to take under your concern that may as like me many customers are been cheated by "Vodafone India" in the name of 3G charges, They offer several packs and claim that in different pack different "Data usage will be free" Then without informing the customer they "apply" a bar on the Internet pack and make uneven charges, and customers also without checking so much make payments, I have been using "Vodafone" number [protected] for past nearly 8 years, and for past few months they have made uneven charges of which initially i was unaware but when I realised, I asked them to rectify, but instead of rectifying they "Barred my number" Due to which I have gone through a loss of nearly 1 lack, as i was supposed to be called by a new employer but due to the number bard, they were unable to attend me and the job was offered to some one else.
