I have been using vodafone since a decade now and recently i experienced an unfair charge on my bill which i refused to pay rather solving the issue they kept on telling me the about their legitimate billing system.
I called them for canceling a data plan in june as i took a different service for my data purpose they kept on billing me in august so i refused to pay the exceeded amount and emailed them about to cancel the service as they did not fix the issue i did not pay they august bill.
They stopped my service but never bother to resolve my issue.
I had the same problem once before but i ignored as this time i took it on my right to not pay for something that i didn't use.
I sent them several emails but they repeat the same thing in every emails with no solution.
Even on the 15th 16th of oct i sent them two letters agreeing to pay the amount except the over billing to reconnect my service but ever since then no response from their side.
They always used to mention that they are trying to reach me on my number which they have suspended.
I urge everyone to get rid of this frustration at the earliest when they will make your life in anxiety. My work has been stooped due to this suspension and moreover the number was registered to several places.
It was really very sad to receive this king of response though i had been a long time customer with them. Was this information helpful? |
