Vodafone India — Unfair Deduction | |
Dear sir,
I am vodafone prepaid user. My no is [protected]. On 23rd of october i was charged for some service which i never activated or downloaded. My last deduction showed "Rs 99: DNLD-HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH_99-HELLO1STORE". Now when i called customer care, they were unable provide the explanation. This has been second time that i have been charged Rs 99 amd no proper explanation was given. My internet pack was active too and i used only whats app and hike messengers on diwali. Then how come this much amount was deducted. I hope to get proper answers or send me the procedure to port the no. I am fed up of these deductions.
