Vodafone India — unfair internet bill amount | |||
My vodafone no is [protected] and my customer relationship no is 69687090. I have subscribed to internet service along with a data card. Since we bought we didn't use service much and most of the time the device was switched off. But still we have billed considerable amount for the service. We have also raised a compliant with customer care and it was told that many services were active without our acknowledgment. Customer care representative promised to deactivate those service. But again on the next bill we faced issue. We have approached vodafone store to get the history of data downloaded. But the info was not mailed to us.
