Hi Sir, Again, this is the fifth time I am requesting for the below mention number to be inactivated. Previously I called your customer service and spoke with several representatives (Kirtiga, Syed and several others) and was promised my Vodafone number would be disconnected. However, they have failed to cancel the number for the past three months and keep sending me bills. Seriously, this kind of business is very bad and disappointing. It would be greatly appreciated, if you could have my number inactivated and closed..
