In my current bill, Vodafone has put download charges for some vuclip packs and d2c_ndtv packs which are never downloaded.When i called the customer care, the executive took 10 mins to locate the item on the bill and could not give any justification for these charges, everytime he used to say, if you click somewhere, the charges are deducted.Getting peturbed by such a childish behaviour, i asked him to pass on the call to some senior, to that he made me hold for few minutes, and later disconnect the call.This has happened twice.
How can Vodafone deduct charges without my consent.For anything paid, the charges are to be paid by either the credit card or bank account.Either Vodafone shows me any acknowledgement/consent proof for deducting the charges or revert these charges from my bill.
I can already see many such complaints regarding Vodafone, that itself shows Vodafone is chaeting customers by putting such charges.
