Hi Team, Yesterday at 1.30pm I visited Vodafone store(BSK 3rd stage) which is near to Devegowda petrol bunk. I requested for a micro sim for the number [protected]. I got clarification from Vodafone care(198) people, as this request will be processed without any charges. But today I have been charged for it with 100/- that too without any receipt. I need a clarification on this ASAP. I’m sure this will be recorded in store’s CCTV, also I have copy in my hidden camera pen. Actually this was happened yesterday, I just emailed to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com. Regarding this but till now i haven't received any response. Really felt bad on Vodafone.
