[Resolved] Vodafone India — unnecessarily deductions from main balances | |

I "Sachin Kumar" user of vodafone no. +91-[protected] is very disappointed with the service and unauthorized deductions.
On 6th of March 2014 got new connection and from that very day they started unnecessarily deduction.
when called to customer care, They replied me " unable to access your Info.".
Therefore, please help me।

We've checked & see that you have been charged Rs.15 on 29-Mar-2014 for downloading content DNLD-ANIMATION_WAP-HANDYGO by WAP mode (self-initiated). The downloads are chargeable as per content specific and depend upon the website. We regret at our inability to credit the charges towards these services. Regards, Vodafone. | |
