Vodafone India — Unnecessarily delaying disconnection of postpaid connection

I have vodafone postpaid connection.no is [protected].i want to close it.for that i contact vodafone store but they denied to disconnect it .they provide me a email address to contact company .i make a mail on that email so many times in last 2 month but no reply is coming from the company .as a result of it my unnecessarily bill is increasing day by day .i request to the authority my complain is consider on urgent basis.
