[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unnecessarily extra amount

Hi my name is Amarpreet Singh and I am using vodafone post paid connection. I would like to inform that from last 3 months I am receiving extra amount of bill and for that I have request for the itemize bill. I have called multiple times to customer care for the same concern but its not resolve. So finally I visited to vodafone branch at Tilak nagar ( Fateh nagar ) west Delhi and I have spoken with TL regarding the same concern and asked to waive off the extra charge and the lady has checked with the present manager and they have rejected for the request.
I have not paid my last 2 months bill and I wont be paying till the time this get resolve. My net services has been barred.

My Internet plan was : 650 ( 3gb)
As per my knowledge I have not downloaded or surf the unnecessary web or the files which was shown to me by the TL on the vodafone center.
I have gone through with the physical and financial harassment from last 3 months and I have all the call recordings
and the proofs which is required to take the necessary action against vodafone company.
Kindly resolve this as soon as possible and oblige
