Vodafone India — Unnecessary charges

My plan details 199/- pm (600mins local+std, 400 message) since last 2years, i don't active the any services but the company added per month extra charges on name of any services without any reason, i have 30 times call to customer care center but they always gave a waiver of such amount but never resolve the problem...
