[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unnecessary deduction of balance | |
Hi All Trust you are doing good, despite knowing the fact that your users are not good by associating with you.I am one of the regular customer of vodafone since more then a year & i believe it was one of the utmost wanted service provider company, but it was my myth reason since last couple of weeks, there is unwanted deduction of my account balance each time, however i have been assured by the customer cares ( sachin shukla, Satyendra, Zubair) that i will be credited within 24 hours with the deducted amount, but awaiting for the balance since last 2 weeks, the same has been happened again on this Sunday i.e 15th June, 14.SO I am feeling helpless with your customer complaint zone.
