Vodafone India — Unnecessary deduction of charges without customer intent | |||||
Hi, I am getting message that some services like glamshot, radio unlimited services is now active and they are charging around 35 to 50 rupees for it. I have almost lost 100 rupees all together because of this. They are doing it without my intent and taking my balance with notifying me. Please take strict action against it. Every time i am trying to deactivate services which i haven't requested for !!!
